I am a personal trainer from Witney Oxfordshire,

Servicing West Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, I currently run my own private training studio in the Burford area where I offer fully private gym based personal training sessions. I also train clients one to one or in small groups at home if needed. I use multiple styles and methods of training with clients to achieve their goals. From strength training, cardio, circuits, HIIT and core stability every session is challenging and geared towards your personal target.

I am devoted and passionate at delivering challenging and rewarding personal training sessions as well as offering full support throughout your journey. I believe fitness is for everyone no matter your starting point.

About me

I first got into gym-based training to treat and overcome a back condition that started when I was 16 years old. By using strength and stability training, I was able to positively impact the issues with my back. Due to this I became very interested in helping others work towards their fitness and strength goals and help overcome challenges.

From starting in commercial gyms training members as an employed fitness instructor I was keen to explore more paths within the fitness industry.

I broadened my understanding of health a fitness through exercise working as a fitness professional for Bupa healthcare. In this role I used guided exercise, strength training and group exercise specifically with clients aged 50 and over. Working with individuals with a broad spectrum of strength and mobility I was able to gain huge amounts of experience working with individuals with vastly different fitness levels.

I moved away from Bupa and began my journey as a self-employed personal trainer and i have loved it ever since!
